What is BestRecon all about?

BestRecon aims to provide reliable security, surveillance, and self-defense equipment for both business and personal use. Established in 2018, our goal is to ensure easier access to the equipment needed for business, home, and personal asset protection. We firmly support a person's right to protect themselves, their loved ones, and their property. 

Where are you located?

We are based out of Fallbrook, CA in the USA. Currently we only offer our products online via our website.

Where can I get technical support if I need it once I receive my item?

We are always available to answer any of your questions regarding our business, product related or not. The best way to reach us for a quick response is via messenger or phone, especially when discussing technical issues, but email is also suitable if preferred. 

Where are your products made?

We source our products from manufacturers in both the USA & China. This allows us to not only provide free shipping to our customers throughout the globe, but to also offer high-quality and reliable products at an affordable price.

Are your products safe to use?

Yes, our products our safe to use. Our electrical products (i.e. wall charger, led wall light, etc.) meet all US and international safety standards for in home use. Furthermore, we thoroughly vet our manufacturers and products to ensure they are compliant with all applicable product safety regulations.

What is bitcoin? Why do you accept cryptocurrency as payment?

 Bitcoin is a type of digital currency in which encryption techniques are used to regulate the generation of units of currency and verify the transfer of funds, operating independently of a central bank. We allow our customers to pay in cryptocurrency to encourage adoption, but it also benefits us by reducing transaction fees compared to our standard credit card processor and allows us to issue same day refunds if needed.
